How long does a headshot session take per person?
Most individual headshot sessions take approximately 20–40 minutes depending on the number of looks and final images needed. Team and corporate headshot sessions are scheduled efficiently to keep the process smooth while maintaining a polished, consistent result across the full team.
What should I wear to a headshot session?
Solid colors and simple layers tend to photograph best. We recommend avoiding busy patterns, large logos, or anything overly distracting. Guidance on wardrobe, styling, and overall visual direction is included before your session so everything feels cohesive and aligned with your brand.

What is the turnaround time?
Select galleries are typically delivered within one week, with final retouched images delivered approximately 2–3 weeks after selections are made. Rush turnaround may be available depending on project timing.

Absolutely. Final images are delivered in formats optimized for LinkedIn, company websites, marketing materials, speaker profiles, social media, and print. Commercial usage rights are included with all final delivered images.
